Hard Rock Cafe |
|
"Remember the Hard Rock!" While we've never been under siege like Davy Crockett and his men (though the crowds do get pretty thick around Happy Hour), we always strive to be memorable here in Texas. So why not lead the charge to our accommodating, three-story Hard Rock Cafe in San Antonio? Situated along the city's famous River Walk area, we have three floors of patios where you can be on the lookout for the slow moving tourist boats below. Inside you'll find gourmet meals in hefty servings, so huge you can cut 'em with a Bowie knife, and our collection of rock 'n' roll memorabilia is big enough to fill a Spanish mission. So stop battling those hunger pangs and march on down to the Hard Rock Cafe San Antonio. |

Hooters River Walk
How it all got started.
It was April 1, 1983 in Clearwater, Florida and on the corner of Gulf to Bay and Hampton Road, history was about to be made. Six fun-loving businessmen with roots in the Midwest and with no experience in the foodservice business were opening doors to a restaurant with an owl logo, chicken wings as the featured item, and girls in orange shorts. After frantically locating a friend to show them how to start the fryers (after all, it was April Fool's Day), Hooters was off and crawling. |
